Oversee day-to-day running of the footwear brand studio: display standards, and organization of samples, materials, and catalogues.
Monitor all ongoing jobs (custom orders, repairs, fittings, sampling) through a tracking sheet or software, updating status, deadlines, and responsible staff daily
Ensure schedules are followed: assign tasks, confirm who is handling fittings, trials, dispatch, and follow up on any delays or bottlenecks
Handle inbound calls professionally: product queries, customisation questions, complaints, and post-purchase support, ensuring quick, clear resolutions and proper documentation.
