Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Student Succession Executive. The Student Succession Executive will be responsible for guiding students through their educational journey at Offenso, ensuring they have the resources and support they need. Daily tasks include mentoring students, coordinating with instructors, organizing workshops and industry projects, and monitoring student progress. The role also involves providing career guidance, facilitating internships, and assisting with placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in student mentorship or academic coordination
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of cybersecurity education is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Cybersecurity, or related fields preferred
