Student Services Coordinator - Study Abroad

You are a motivated and customer-focused Front Office Assistant & Telecaller (Student Services Coordinator) joining a dynamic team in Mumbai, India. Your role involves handling front-office operations, answering inquiries related to studying abroad, and managing telecalling responsibilities. Your excellent communication skills, customer-centric attitude, and interest in the education and study abroad industry will be key for success. In the Front Office Management aspect of your role, you will greet clients, students, and visitors warmly, answer and direct incoming calls, assist with booking appointments, maintain a neat office space, and handle incoming mail and applications from students interested in studying abroad. Regarding Telecalling responsibilities, you will conduct outbound calls to prospective students, provide information on study abroad programs, universities, scholarships, and visa procedures, assist with applications, and follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely submissions and address any queries. Your Administrative and Support Duties will include preparing and maintaining student files, supporting in organizing seminars and workshops, coordinating communication between students and consultants, and handling general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include a Bachelor's degree, previous experience in customer service or front-office roles, strong communication skills, proficiency in the local language, organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office software and communication tools. The work conditions include a 6-month contract duration with the possibility of extension based on performance and a 6-day work schedule in-office.
