Location:

Working days - 6days (Tue to Sun)

About the Role

Student Relations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the
first point of contact
for student inquiries and concerns.
Manage communication with students via
calls, emails, and messaging platforms
.
Provide timely solutions and escalate issues to internal teams when necessary.
Support students through
onboarding, documentation, and service requests
.
Ensure high standards of
responsiveness, professionalism, and service delivery
.
Maintain accurate student records and feedback reports.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
1 - 4 years
of experience in
student support, customer service, or post-sales roles
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of interactions with patience and empathy.
Prior experience in the
education or EdTech sector
is a plus.
