Job Description

**Role Overview:** As a Student Recruitment Officer at Coventry University Group, your main responsibility will be to advise future students and stakeholders to increase the conversion rate of applicant enquiries to enrolled students across institutions within the group. This role involves driving markets for growth and diversification through direct recruitment, managing agents, schools, further education, and higher education networks. You will work closely with the Regional Recruitment Manager to develop recruitment plans for assigned regions, manage performance, secure new markets, recruitment pipelines, and provide recommendations for improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Advise future students and stakeholders to maximize conversion of applicant enquiries to enrolled students - Drive markets for growth and diversification through direct recruitment and management of various networks - Contribute to the development of recruitment plans for assigned regions - Manage individual and team performance to secure existing and new markets - Undertake student recruitment and networking activities to achieve annual student recruitment targets **Qualifications Required:** - Degree educated with a proven record of accomplishment in sales, focusing on developing medium- to long-term markets and pipelines - Experience in a target-based commercial/educational sales role, achieving ambitious performance targets - Outstanding persuasion, influencing, and relationship-building skills - Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills - Flexibility to work a 5/7 pattern including evenings and weekends, and travel as required **Additional Company Details (if applicable):** At Coventry University Group, diversity, equality, and inclusion are integral to our core values.
