Candidate Mobilization: Identify, engage, and mobilize eligible candidates (10th pass with a minimum of 40% marks, aged 18-21 years) for various projects.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5 mobilizers, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of mobilized candidates, regularly sharing reports in Excel.
Student Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring consistent communication and support throughout the mobilization process.

Qualifications:

Education: Open to candidates with any educational background.
Experience: Prior experience in student mobilization is essential. Proven ability to lead a team of 5 staff members.
