Position Overview

We are inviting motivated and curious students/graduated to join our Community Leader Trainee Program. This is a remote, unpaid internship-style opportunity for those looking to build leadership, communication, and facilitation skills — with the chance to start earning commissions as your community grows.

This role is ideal for upper beginner to intermediate English speakers who want to gain real-world experience, meet global peers, and lead conversations around shared interests like music, wellness, education, or culture. You’ll receive onboarding, community-building training, and ongoing mentorship from the Fondi team.

Key Responsibilities

• Host weekly group chats based on your interests
• Create a welcoming, inclusive space for English learners and global members
• Support community engagement through conversations and simple activities
• Invite and onboard new members into your group
• Build a safe, fun, and interactive space online

• Speak English at an upper beginner to intermediate level
• Are excited to meet people from different cultures
• Enjoy talking about your favorite topics (no teaching or scripts required)
• Have 8–10 hours/week of free time online
• Are self-motivated, curious, and open to learning new things
