Student Engagement Speaker

As a Student Engagement Coordinator at IACG, your role involves communicating and engaging effectively with students through inspirational and interactive sessions. You will be responsible for delivering talks, workshops, and activities that motivate students to explore their creative potential. Building strong connections with principals, faculty, and school/college management to schedule and organize offline sessions is a key part of your job. Additionally, you will plan and conduct creative awareness sessions that highlight IACG's programs, vision, and opportunities for students. Your role also includes presenting IACG's offerings in a way that sparks curiosity and encourages students to learn more about creative careers. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate and engage effectively with students through inspirational and interactive sessions. - Deliver talks, workshops, and activities that motivate students to explore their creative potential. - Build strong connections with principals, faculty, and school/college management to schedule and organize offline sessions. - Plan and conduct creative awareness sessions that highlight IACG's programs, vision, and opportunities for students. - Present IACG's offerings in a way that sparks curiosity and encourages students to learn more about creative careers. - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of outreach events and campus activities. - Represent IACG as a motivational communicator and brand ambassador in all student engagement initiatives. - Collect feedback and insights from institutions and students to help refine outreach strategies. - Contribute ideas for new engagement formats, campaigns, and collaborations that enhance IACG's presence in schools and colleges. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to inspire and motivate students - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities - Creativity and innovative thinking - Experience in event planning and coordination - Previous experience in student engagement or similar roles is a plus In addition to the above details, the job is Contractual / Temporary with a contract length of 3 months.
