Job Description

Role Overview: This is an on-ground field role focused on building partnerships with colleges and educational institutions while driving student enrollments through career counseling and educational awareness sessions. You will be instrumental in promoting new-age career programs designed to accelerate the career journey of students and unemployed graduates. This is a high-impact, target-driven role with great growth and earning potential. Key Responsibilities: 1. College Engagement & Outreach: o Visit colleges and academic institutions in and around your assigned territory. o Engage with Deans, HODs, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) to establish collaborative relationships. o Present and demonstrate the value of career-oriented programs to institutional stakeholders and students. 2. Student Awareness Programs: o Plan and conduct career awareness sessions, seminars, and webinars for college students. o Create impactful engagements to help students understand the importance of industry-ready skills. 3. Career Counseling & Sales: o Counsel final-year students and fresh graduates on suitable career pathways. o Provide guidance on how specific programs can bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. o Convert interested students into enrolled learners through consultative selling. 4. Product Promotion: o Effectively communicate the uniqueness and advantages of the companys online learning model. o Deliver compelling product demos, handle objections, and support the learner's decision-making process. 5. Sales Lifecycle Management: o Own and drive the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to conversion and post-sales support. o Conduct phone and video interactions as needed to drive enrollments. 6. CRM and Reporting: o Maintain and update lead records, conversations, and follow-ups diligently on the CRM. o Provide regular updates on outreach, conversion rates, and market insights. Candidate Requirements: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly disciplined. Demonstrated success in sales or business development, preferably in EdTech or institutional sales. Ability to empathize with learners and build long-term trust-based relationships. Organized, with strong pipeline and funnel management skills. Comfortable with travel and fieldwork across assigned regions. Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.
