Role Overview: As a Student Counselor at i20fever, operated by Yathapu Consulting Pvt Ltd, you will be based in Ameerpet, assisting students who are considering pursuing higher education abroad. Your main responsibilities will involve guiding students on university selection, career opportunities, and the application process. You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, assist with documentation, and ensure top-notch customer service. Additionally, you will provide visa-related guidance and effectively address student queries. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students interested in studying overseas. - Assist students with documentation required for university applications. - Provide excellent customer service to students and parents. - Offer support and guidance on visa-related matters. - Effectively address student queries and concerns. Qualification Required: - Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide students on educational and career pathways. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain options and address concerns effectively. - Experience in Customer Service and building positive relationships with students and parents. - Knowledge of Education industry trends and requirements for studying abroad. - Highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is advantageous. - Proficiency in local languages is preferred but not mandatory.,
