If you’re driven to guide, mentor, and support students in shaping their global education journey, this role is for you 🔹 Position: Student Counsellor🔹 Location: Chennai🔹 Employment Type: Full-time🔹 Experience: 0–2 years🔹 Start Date:January 2026 🔹 Training Period:December 2025 (mandatory training & onboarding) Key Responsibilities Provide counselling to students on study-abroad pathways, language courses, and career options. Assist with course selection, country mapping, and university shortlisting based on student profiles. Guide students through application procedures, documentation, timelines, and follow-up processes. Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with students, parents, and institutions. Participate in workshops, seminars, outreach activities, and campus events. Stay updated with global education trends and admission processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong student-handling and problem-solving abilities Passion for education, mentoring, and youth development Ability to work in a goal-oriented and dynamic environment Experience in counselling or education (preferred, not mandatory) Why Join Arkway?
