Unique Academy for Commerce & Unique Global Education is a leading institute for CA, CMA, CS, ACCA and other commerce courses. We guide and mentor thousands of students every year and are now expanding our counselling and admissions team.

Role: Student Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and student-friendly Counsellor who can guide students about career options, explain our courses, and support them throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with students and parents to understand their goals and academic background
• Explain course details, study plans, fees, and career paths
• Follow up with leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins
• Convert enquiries into admissions through clear communication
• Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with faculty, operations, and marketing teams
• Handle doubts, exam-related queries, and provide academic guidance
• Assist in organising mentorship sessions, orientations, and events
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students

Required Skills

• Strong communication and counselling ability
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp tools)
• Ability to understand student concerns and provide solutions
• Sales/Admission counselling experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
