* Interact and counsel students or professionals regarding the various courses offered explain course details, duration, and fee structure, and persuade them to enroll in suitable programs through calls or in-person interactions.
* Clarify students queries about courses and training programs via phone or face-to-face discussions.
* Collect students fee payments through online and offline modes.
* Maintain accurate records of payments and student data.
* Manage student databases efficiently and ensure timely updates.
* Handle front-desk responsibilities and represent the organization professionally to all walk-in candidates.
* Work closely with the accounts and counselling teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and payment processes.
* Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining reports and tracking payments.
* Salary: 3 LPA (Fixed + Variable Incentives)
* 20,000 in hand + Monthly incentives based on performance
* Work Mode: On-site
* Working Hours: 9-hour day shift
* Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday; Sunday fixed off)
