About the Role

Academy Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on course offerings (Web Development, Digital Marketing, etc.) and recommend programs based on their goals.
• Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Provide ongoing support to enrolled students, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student progression.
• Coordinate with trainers to understand student performance and address academic concerns.
• Support students with resume building, interview guidance, and career pathways.
• Plan and participate in student engagement activities, workshops, and orientation sessions.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall academy growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing or Psychology preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and provide the right guidance.
• Familiarity with Web Development or Digital Marketing domains (added advantage, not mandatory).
• Sales or counselling experience in EdTech/Training institutes is a plus.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
