Student Coordinator

The role requires you to conduct regular meetings with students to address their concerns and provide solutions. You will be responsible for responding to student queries, collecting feedback on college and faculty, and creating a vibrant and engaged student environment. Daily interaction with students is essential, along with overseeing the functioning of internal exams such as evaluations, mid-terms, and retests. Additionally, you will need to meet with parents of underperforming students and maintain records of all students. Your role also involves making timely decisions, understanding the education system and its regulations, and collaborating with faculty and management to enhance attendance and performance. Counseling students with poor academic performance and assisting them in managing their workload are key responsibilities. You will be in charge of organizing cultural events, coordinating student groups and committees, and supervising the roles of student representatives. Key skills required for this position include a strong grasp of student psychology, the ability to handle a large number of students effectively, analytical thinking, proactive initiatives, and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in management is beneficial, and a Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work (MSW) from a reputable institution is mandatory. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates should be willing to commute or relocate to the area before commencing work. A minimum of 5 years of experience in academic counseling is preferred. The work location is in person, and preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree.,
