Student Coordinator

As an Academic Counselor based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, your primary role will involve conducting regular meetings with students to address their concerns, provide solutions, and create a vibrant student environment. You will be responsible for responding to student queries, collecting feedback on college and faculty, and overseeing internal exams such as evaluations, mid-terms, and retests. Daily interaction with students and maintaining records of all students will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular meetings with students to address concerns and provide solutions - Respond to student queries and collect feedback on college and faculty - Oversee internal exams including evaluations, mid-terms, and retests - Meet with parents of underperforming students and maintain student records - Make timely decisions, understand education system regulations, and collaborate with faculty and management to enhance attendance and performance - Counsel students with poor academic performance and assist them in managing their workload - Organize cultural events, coordinate student groups and committees, and supervise student representatives Qualifications Required: - Strong grasp of student psychology - Ability to handle a large number of students effectively - Analytical thinking and proactive initiatives - Excellent interpersonal skills - Previous experience in management is beneficial - Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work (MSW) from a reputable institution is mandatory - Minimum 5 years of experience in academic counseling is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates should be willing to commute or relocate to the area before commencing work. The work location is in person, and preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree.,
