This is a full-time, entry level, on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Coimbatore. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating student – university - faculty - management relations, interacting with vendors & service providers, Social Media activities, thereby ensuring seamless communication. The role also includes addressing student concerns, counselling during admissions, and collaborating with relevant teams.

Qualifications
· Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and English Communication abilities · Experience in Customer Service and ability to build and maintain positive relationships · Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities · A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) with 1-3 yrs experience in coordination role · Proficiency in using office software is a must · Proven ability to work well in a team and under minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
