Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Student Caller. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential and current students to provide information on educational programs, responding to inquiries, and assisting students throughout the admission and application process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, addressing student concerns, and supporting communication between departments to ensure an excellent experience for students.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students effectively
• Proficiency in handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing assistance throughout the admission process
• Organizational abilities to maintain accurate records and support inter-departmental communication
• Proven adaptability and a collaborative attitude to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or education consultancy is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience is preferred
