• Make outbound calls to potential students to promote educational programs
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission processes
• Counsel students on career options and educational pathways
• Identify and address student concerns and objections
• Meet sales targets and conversion goals
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and admission processes

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sales & Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and empathy towards customer needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in a customer care or support role is preferred
• Market Research and development skill
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and meet deadlines
