Student Assistant - HR

Do you want to help shape the future of HR?

At BHJ/Essentia Protein Solutions we’re looking for a student assistant who’s passionate about people, systems, and development – and who’s eager to the continues development of the HR department.

Ansvarsområder og opgaver

You’ll become part of a dedicated HR team, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with both day-to-day HR tasks and development projects that enhance our digital workflows and employee experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Administrative tasks and data maintenance in HR systems
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee communication
• Helping digitalize and optimize HR processes
• Analyzing and visualizing HR data
• Assisting projects and events that support our culture and strategy

Kompetencer og personlig profil

We imagine about you currently are studying at university or similar higher education program – for example within HR, communication, IT, data, organizational studies

Furthermore, we imagine that:

• You are interested in HR and enjoy working with both people and systems
• You are structured, curious, and take initiative
• You are a superuser in Excel and comfortable working with data
• You are interested in (or already familiar with) tools like Power BI and curious about how AI can support HR tasks and processes
• You are trustworthy and know how to deal with confidential information.
• You communicate clearly – in both Danish and English

Vi tilbyder

An exciting student position in an international company, where you will have the chance to make a real difference behind the scenes in HR. You will be part of a supportive and informal team of seven HR colleagues, who are eager to share their knowledge and help you grow with gradually increasing responsibilities. The role offers flexibility with approx. 12 hours per week, valuable experience and insights to strengthen your professional profile. In addition, we offer a salary including pension and health insurance, as well as access to an attractive canteen scheme and an active staff association with regular social events.
