Student Advisor

Job Description

The Student Advisor / Psychologist supports students emotional, social, and academic we'll-being. This role involves providing counseling, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with teachers and parents to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide counseling support to students for emotional, behavioral, and academic issues Conduct individual and group sessions to promote mental we'llness Support student we'll-being through workshops, awareness programs, and SEL activities Work with teachers and coordinators to implement student support strategies Monitor and follow up on student behavior, attendance, and academic performance Offer guidance in areas such as peer issues, exam stress, and motivation Ensure confidentiality and maintain student records Support positive behavior initiatives and school-wide we'llness efforts Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and staff Qualifications and Experience: Master s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field (mandatory for Psychologist) 2-5 years of experience in student counseling or advisory roles Experience in a school setting is preferred Exposure to international school environments is an advantage
