Job Description

Counsel students regarding study opportunities in Canada, including courses, universities, application processes, and visa requirements.
Handle walk-in and online inquiries; provide accurate information and career guidance.
Assist students in selecting the right program and institution based on academic background and career aspirations.
Guide students through the complete application process including admission, documentation, GIC, medicals, and visa filing.
Review and verify all documents required for admission and visa processing.
Stay updated with changes in Canadian immigration policies, college/university updates, and visa rules.
Coordinate with Canadian colleges/universities and maintain relationships with admission departments.
Follow up with students for pending documents and keep them informed of the application and visa status.
Attend education fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote Canadian study opportunities.
