About the Job 🎯

Trainee Structural Engineer

This position is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about structural design and analysis, eager to kickstart their professional journey within a supportive, dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• ✅ Assist in structural design and analysis projects using software such as RFEM, ANSYS, FEMAP, or STAAD Pro.
• ✅ Prepare clear, detailed structural calculations and documentation.
• ✅ Support senior engineers by conducting research, developing sketches, and creating models.
• ✅ Participate in internal design review sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• ✅ Engage actively in training programs to enhance your technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• ✨ Master's degree (M.Tech) in Structural Engineering (recently completed).
• ✨ Solid foundational knowledge in structural engineering principles and analysis techniques.
• ✨ Basic familiarity with structural design codes, particularly Eurocodes.
• ✨ Proficiency in structural analysis software (preferred).
• ✨ Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• ✨ Enthusiasm for continuous learning, professional growth, and problem-solving.
