Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems to ensure they meet safety, regulatory, and functional requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate structural integrity.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure cohesive project development.
• Utilize software tools for modeling and simulation of structural designs.
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines for proposed structural work.
• Stay updated with the latest construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficient in structural design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or ETABS.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations in India.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
