Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer at DHAKSHIN STRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Chennai and Theni. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing calculations, conducting structural analysis, and developing structural designs. Other daily tasks include collaborating with civil engineering teams, preparing detailed technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and ensuring all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Structural Engineering, Structural Analysis, and Civil Engineering principles
Proficiency in Staad Pro , Etabs, Safe, Autocad
Proficiency in preparing designs and technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
Ability to accurately perform engineering calculations and analyses
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and teamwork skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
Experience in construction or related industries is a plus
Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards is preferred
