Structural Engineer cum Design Coordinator

As a Structural Engineer cum Design Coordinator at our company in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading, coordinating, and managing the design and execution aspects of structural works in ongoing infrastructure projects. Your strong technical expertise, design coordination skills, and hands-on execution experience will ensure seamless integration between design intent and site implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between the design team, concessionaire, and PMC for ongoing projects - Review and interpret designs prepared by consultants to ensure accurate execution - Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical queries and align with design intent - Support in resolving design-related challenges during pre-construction and construction stages - Ensure compliance with structural design codes, safety norms, and quality standards Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of structural design drawings & construction methodologies - Proficiency in structural software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD preferred) - Effective stakeholder coordination & conflict resolution abilities - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills - Strong communication and documentation abilities Qualification & Experience: - M.Tech in Structural Engineering - 10-15 years of experience in structural design and coordination (Experience as a Structural Design Engineer with execution exposure preferred) If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your CV at hrd@infradesignstudio.com or DM directly.
