About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and analyzing RCC structures, preparing structural drawings, and coordinating with architects, site teams, and clients for execution of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural designs for residential and low-rise commercial buildings
• Use structural analysis software (like STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Review and validate architectural plans from a structural perspective
• Ensure safety, stability, and compliance with IS codes and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site execution teams
• Conduct site visits to inspect foundation, beam/column placements, and structural integrity
• Prepare BOQ and technical inputs for tenders or project proposals if needed

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structures
• 3–8 years of experience in structural engineering (residential/commercial focus)
• Proficient in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, ETABS (preferred), MS Excel
• Thorough knowledge of IS codes and structural safety guidelines
• Strong communication skills and project coordination ability
• Ability to work on tight timelines and multiple projects
