Structural Designer

As a skilled and versatile Structural Designer, you will be responsible for the structural design and drafting of American RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and steel structures. Your role will involve performing structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings while ensuring compliance with American codes and standards. You will utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, and Tekla Tedds to prepare detailed structural drawings and conduct modeling and analysis. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and feasible structural designs. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and validating shop drawings, contributing to project documentation and reports, and adapting to evolving project needs. Strong written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating within multidisciplinary teams. To excel in this position, you should have proven working experience in structural design and drafting, proficiency in structural design software, and a solid understanding of American codes and standards. Problem-solving skills, innovation in design, and the ability to work across multiple departments are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role. Additionally, a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field, knowledge of American codes and standards, and experience in BIM workflows are preferred qualifications that will be beneficial for this position.,
