Structural Design - Sr. Engineer | Manager

Develop structural designs and calculations for high-rise residential and commercial buildings in compliance with IS codes and relevant standards. Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects. Evaluate structural systems and materials to ensure durability, safety, and performance. Conduct structural integrity checks and site inspections during the execution phase. Recommend modifications to design and construction procedures based on field conditions. Ensure timely submission of design documentation for internal and external approvals. Utilize design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit for modeling and analysis. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 4+ years of experience in Structural Design in the real estate or construction industry. Proven experience in structural design in the real estate industry. Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of building codes, IS codes, and safety standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
