To lead and execute Finite Element (FE) modelling and analysis of rail domain structures and components in accordance with international and customer-specific standards. The role involves developing detailed FE models using HyperMesh, performing advanced analyses in OptiStruct, validating results, and providing design recommendations to ensure structural integrity, durability, and compliance.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in FE modelling and simulation practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, materials, manufacturing, and test teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Proven ability to interpret design data, define load cases, and assess stress, deformation, and fatigue life.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
