Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Business Analyst

Design, plan, and implement workflows and tools to enhance daily cleaning and monitoring of stress testing data.
Execute stress tests, interpret outputs, validate results, and expand scenarios as needed.
Conduct independent reviews of current processes to identify gaps and design remediation controls.
Collaborate with Risk Technology and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Independently manage projects including stakeholder communication, testing, and sign-off.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation: Business Requirements, Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, Risks, Issues, Mitigants, etc.
Provide support across other risk team initiatives such as pilots, strategic analysis, and project execution.

Required Skills:

5–8 years of experience in
Risk Management
within
Capital Markets
, with a solid understanding of
Market Risk
, risk calculations, workflows, and relevant data inputs.
Proven experience as a
Business Analyst
in
Risk Data Change Management
projects.
Strong skills in
data analysis
,
data cleaning
,
scripting
, and
automation
to build controls around risk data.
Good understanding of
derivative products
across asset classes.
Proficiency in
Python
and
SQL
; experience with database applications.
Excellent communication and documentation skills for effective coordination with business and technology teams.
