STRENGTH & DURABILITY TESTING IN LAB

As a Project Manager with focus on strength and durability testing, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones. - Coordinate the execution of testing activities. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, particularly design/CAE teams. - Conduct root cause investigations and develop countermeasures. - Manage the team and provide training when necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Hands-on experience in fatigue durability testing and road load data acquisition. - Proficiency with hydraulic actuators, data loggers, and sensors such as strain gauge, accelerometer, WFT, etc. - Familiarity with data analysis software like GlyphWorks to extract meaningful insights for design/CAE teams. - Ability to understand component characteristics and drawings, and operate UG software. - Strong fundamentals and extensive experience in related functional areas such as CAE, suspension design, sheet metal, and knowledge of materials. - Exposure to vehicle simulation is considered optional but beneficial. In addition to technical skills, behavioral traits that will contribute to your success in this role include being a team player, possessing good analytical and presentation skills, strong decision-making abilities, future planning, and conceptualization thinking. Furthermore, you should be open to learning, sharing experiences, skilled with equipment, and able to disseminate learning within the group.,
