About The Role The India Business Development Lead holds a pivotal position in glocalizing Applied Intuition's advanced technology for the Indian market and driving the achievement of growth-oriented regional business targets. This role demands a profound technical understanding of the Indian ecosystem, coupled with astute business acumen. As an inaugural member of our Bangalore office, you will be instrumental in ensuring the comprehensive success of both our operations and local presence. Reporting to the Head of Automotive Vertical, this role carries direct responsibility for revenue targets established by the Global Head of Sales. At Applied Intuition, you will: Be responsible for the sourcing-to-closing commercial motions for Indian customers across automotive (passenger and trucking), construction & mining, and defense. Maintain a revenue strategy across Indian accounts and execute a thorough business plan, including planning for both immediate and future business growth in the region. Maintain strong connections within OEMs and be able to sell into engineering & development teams directly. Iterate with the customer on technical scope and business model, and guide the proposal through approvals. Be required to have a deep technical understanding of the Indian market's next-gen mobility technology, such as SDV platforms and ADAS/AV, along with the customers' business goals . Work with Applied Intuition's Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to develop new proof-of-concepts, detailed proposals including Statements of Work (SOW) that define scope, deliverables, and commercial terms. Facilitate customer discovery sessions effectively to qualify and deeply understand technical requirements. Host customer workshops and organize tailored demonstrations to explain Applied Intuition's solutions to customers. We're looking for someone who has: 10+ years of prior experience in technical sales, consulting, business development or solution engineering in directly relevant or adjacent domains to Applied Intuition Proven to be a top performer - you have consistently exceeded targets Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts and lengthy sales cycles Demonstrated experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and project management experience to execute complex projects Experience directly working with or selling automotive technologies and simulation tools or prior work in vehicle development, EE architecture, embedded or AD/ADAS software domains Nice to have: Familiarity with modern vehicle software development practices and the ability to speak about the topic for an hour without a technical resource in the room Experience working on a product at early stage startups from (up to Series D)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Vehicle and Logistic Flow Simulation Specialist with expertise in in-plant logistics, vehicle flow, and discrete event flow simulation. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Siemens Plant Simulation software, and the ability to optimize logistics processes through simulation models. Key Responsibilities: Monitor project planning and deliverables, defining and applying action plans to meet targets. Create and update block models of vehicle flows , process-specific simulations , and logistics flow simulations based on input data from EE VPE teams and Stellantis standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation , including presentations, simulation models, spreadsheets, and video files. Handover results, models, and simulations to the EE simulation team. Summarize and report activities to EE VPE leads. Collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and plant staff to ensure seamless execution of projects. Key Skills & Expertise: Strong knowledge of in-plant logistics and vehicle flow . Understanding of vehicle shop production processes, maintenance, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Expertise in process and discrete event flow simulation , including dynamic simulations with random failures . Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Software Skills: Siemens Plant Simulation (Mandatory) with Coding Knowledge. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI). AutoCAD for layout and process planning. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Engineering Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field. Experience: 2-6 years in Vehicle and Logistic Flow Simulation .
