Street Food Chef

As a Street Food Specialist based in Sunam, you will play a crucial role in preparing authentic Chinese and Indian street food. Your creative flair, energy, and experience in fast-paced kitchen settings will be essential in crafting vibrant dishes that capture the bold flavors of both cuisines. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Indian street food dishes with consistency and authenticity. - Develop and enhance recipes for menu items including: - Chinese dishes like Chow mein, momos, Manchurian, fried rice, chilli potato, etc. - Indian dishes such as Pav bhaji, chaat, samosas, vada pav, etc. - Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of hygiene and safety. - Manage kitchen inventory and support in ordering necessary supplies. - Collaborate on creating seasonal or special event menus. - Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area. - Provide training to junior kitchen staff as required. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in preparing Chinese and Indian street food. - Strong knowledge of authentic ingredients and cooking techniques. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
