We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef with deep expertise in preparing authentic Chinese and Indian street food. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and experienced in high-paced kitchen environments, with the ability to produce flavorful, vibrant dishes that reflect the bold tastes of both cuisines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Indian street food dishes with consistency and authenticity.
• Develop and enhance recipes for menu items such as:
• Chinese: Chow mein, momos, Manchurian, fried rice, chilli potato, etc.
• Indian: Pav bhaji, chaat, samosas, vada pav etc.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
• Collaborate on seasonal or special event menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Train junior kitchen staff, if necessary.

Pay: ₹9,786.00 - ₹16,999.00 per month
