Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer, Bridge Designer at GEO-PRO CONSULTANCY & CONSTRUCTIONS, located in Kanpur. The Structural Engineer, Bridge Designer will be responsible for designing and analyzing bridge structures, preparing detailed design reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Daily tasks will include conducting site inspections, coordinating with project teams, and providing technical support through all project phases from conceptual design to construction. The role involves regular collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bridge Design and Structural Engineering skills
• Proficiency in using design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000)
• Experience in preparing design reports and construction documentation
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
