The job is located in Gurgaon and requires a Senior Consultant with 3-7 years of experience. As a Senior Consultant, your key responsibilities will include operating as an individual contributor, team member, or lead for small-scale projects. You will manage and execute projects such as market/opportunity assessment, competitor intelligence, strategy design, company profiles, and financial model/analysis. Additionally, you will mentor and train team members, contribute to proposal development, exhibit sector-specific subject-matter expertise, and manage client communication and team management. To qualify for this role, you should have a BE/Btech/MBA with 2-3 years of experience, ideally in consulting, research, advisory, or analytics-focused roles. You should be able to independently conduct comprehensive secondary and primary research, and familiarity with research databases such as Factiva, Onesource, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Capital IQ, etc. is preferred. Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities, excellent analytical thinking and communication capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are also required. The role may involve domestic and international travel for project assignments, as well as being deputed on-site for engagements when needed.
