Job Description

As an experienced Strategy & Operations Leader at Cisco, you will be instrumental in driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and program and portfolio management across the Services & Logistics (S&L) organization in Supply Chain Operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to S&L leadership, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution to achieve business objectives and deliver measurable impact on priorities. Collaborating with VP and senior leadership, you will define and refine the organization's vision, goals, and strategic priorities. By developing actionable targets and translating strategy into measurable results, you will spearhead executive discussions and implement vision for norms within the organization. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and scalability, as well as establishing and tracking key performance indicators to measure organizational performance. Leading a team of project and change professionals, you will focus on S&L wide critical initiatives and projects. Upholding standards & governance, standard practices, and fostering a robust community of practitioners will be essential. Additionally, you will cultivate leadership growth, foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance, and promote collaboration and communication across functions and levels to drive collective impact. Your responsibilities will include driving innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance performance through technology, process improvements, and other innovative practices. By serving as a liaison between functions, you will bring forth new ideas and programs that drive ongoing innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, project and portfolio management, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams. Experience in service supply chain and logistics is required. Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, partner management, and project management skills are preferred qualifications.
