Job Description

Role Overview: As a GN - Strategy - MC - SC&O - SC Digital Core S4 Japan Analyst at Accenture, your role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. Additionally, you will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for tomorrow with a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities: - Drive design workshops with clients using deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities - Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis in S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM/PM areas - Independently handle or lead a team of functional consultants for tasks related to configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live & Post GO-Live support activities - Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, advising on S/4HANA led Supply Chain transformation - Expand opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning - Develop cutting edge Point of View (POV)/articles on bringing differentiation and innovation to SAP led transformations - Contribute to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews, and continuous improvement of processes Qualifications Required: - Impeccable team management skills with an ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders - Experience in any of S4HANA functionalities: EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM/PM - Strong analytical and writing skills to build viewpoints on industry trends - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment - Ability to travel on short notice - Minimum of 2 years large scale SAP consulting experience in supply chain capabilities Additional Details: Accenture offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, career growth, and leadership exposure.,
