Job Description: You will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and managing business transformations while leveraging your industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. As part of the Supply Chain and Operations practice, you will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains with a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design workshops with clients using your deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities - Take charge of requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis in areas such as S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM/PM - Independently handle or lead a team of functional consultants for various tasks throughout the project lifecycle - Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, providing advisory on S/4HANA-led Supply Chain transformation - Assist in networking and business development efforts by identifying pain points and proposing innovative solutions - Contribute to developing thought leadership by creating cutting-edge Point of View (POV) articles on SAP-led transformations - Support the design and build of assets that highlight Accenture's capabilities in driving business in S4 HANA - Share knowledge and continuously improve processes to drive innovation and excellence Qualifications Required: - Impeccable team management skills and domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management - Experience in S4HANA functionalities such as EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM/PM - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business problems - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment - Travel readiness on short notice - Relevant experience in the required domain with a minimum of 2 years in large-scale SAP consulting - Educational Qualification: BE/BTech Additional Details: Accenture offers you the opportunity to work on innovative projects and provides a platform for career growth and leadership exposure.,
