Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Executive to join our team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth, market expansion, and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong research, analytical, and communication skills with a passion for solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior strategists and cross-functional teams to develop brand, marketing, business, or innovation strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform strategy development.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations using data, insights, and frameworks.
  • Support the creation of presentations, proposals, and strategic plans for internal stakeholders or clients.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovation projects.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies; recommend course corrections as needed.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies.
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation engagements with teams or clients when needed.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating clear and compelling presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with strategy frameworks 
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments

Qualifications:

  • Masters / Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Strategy, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a strategy, consulting, planning, or insights role
  • Experience in marketing/branding, management consulting, or design consulting,  corporate strategy preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with research tools is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in design thinking, innovation, or customer experience projects
  • Knowledge of digital ecosystems, sustainability, or future trends
  • Exposure to working with senior stakeholders or clients
