Job Summary: We are seeking a Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our Pharma & Life Sciences business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and business acumen to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend forecasting Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Commercial, Regulatory) to identify strategic opportunities Evaluate M&A, partnerships, and new market entry opportunities Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy within Pharma or Life Sciences Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill Knowledge of drug development, regulatory landscape, and commercial models SEND RESUME TO resume@careercarnival.in with subject STRATEGY - PHARMA
