Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Operations Supervisor/Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of a team of ~25 off-roll employees including front office staff, housekeeping personnel, food & beverage (F&B) service, and drivers. The role requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and a passion for enhancing service standards through regular training and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Senior Retired Professional from SERVICES would also do 1. Daily Operations Management Oversee and coordinate the functioning of all facility services including reception, housekeeping, pantry/F&B, and transport. Ensure all staff are punctual, groomed, and adhering to SOPs. Conduct daily briefing and staff allocation based on schedules and events. 2. Service Excellence & Training Identify service gaps and conduct regular training to enhance grooming, customer interaction, hygiene standards, and F&B etiquette.
