Strategic Partnership Head, Sales and Marketing

As a Strategic Partnership Head of Sales and Marketing at CRAMS Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in positioning our company as a preferred partner for Quality Reagents, Specialty Chemicals, Reference Standards & Impurities in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. Your entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic leadership will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and expanding our presence in both domestic and global markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic commercial roadmap that aims to establish CRAMS Technologies as a key player in the chemical and pharma supply landscape. Working closely with the founding team, you will focus on building alliances, expanding the global distributor network, and fostering strong client relationships to drive business success. Your key responsibilities will include leading the B2B sales strategy for our product lines, identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with domestic and international pharma and chemical companies, and enhancing CRAMS" presence in regulated and emerging markets. Additionally, you will represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows, develop digital and content marketing strategies aligned with the brand vision, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention across all product offerings. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or life sciences industries. A proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, expanding international business operations, and a strong network in the pharmaceutical/chemical/analytical sectors will be highly beneficial. Your entrepreneurial mindset, experience in team scaling, and ability to create effective go-to-market plans will be essential for success in this position.
