Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for different business units. - Take ownership of company-wide P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet management. - Develop data-driven insights and financial models to support strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with the leadership team on fundraising activities, investor reporting, and capital allocation. - Establish scalable finance processes, internal controls, and compliance systems. - Evaluate business performance metrics and track ROI across various initiatives. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and growth to align financial and strategic goals. - Engage with external auditors, legal advisors, and banking partners to ensure operational smoothness. Qualifications Required: - Must have a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - Possess at least 6 years of experience in finance, preferably in startup or high-growth company environments. - Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS/GTM economics would be advantageous. - Experience in managing fundraising or investor relations would be a plus. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are required. - Proactive, hands-on approach, and comfortable with ambiguity in decision-making processes.,
