Vertical Head – Sales (South India)

We're seeking a passionate Vertical Head – Sales (South India) to drive our retail counter sales with energy and vision. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Market Growth

    : Maximize counter share at dealer outlets through strategic sales tactics.
  • Effective Communication

    : Influence dealers to prioritize Sheenlac products and train the team for impactful stakeholder engagement.
  • Boost Profitability

    : Craft strategies to enhance revenue and margins while leveraging sales tools for efficiency.
  • Bring Vision & Energy

    : Combine fresh ideas, youthful energy with a dynamic approach to lead with a big-picture mindset.
  • Inspire and Mentor Teams

    : Lead and motivate a set of sales professionals with clear metrics to enable them to perform on a consistent basis with strategic inputs and tactical support.
  • Ensure Brand Excellence: Uphold strict brand standards to deliver exceptional customer experience and reach.


Preferred: FMCG or small retail experience with a proven ability to scale operations.
