Job Description

As a Medical Imaging Domain Expert with 6 to 13 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and leading partnerships and alliances with external partners for the Imaging CoE within the Medical Devices & Life Sciences (MDLS) business. Your role will involve interfacing with multiple stakeholders within L&T Technology Services (LTTS) across various sites to understand the strengths and gaps of customer propositions, identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with external partners to synergize offerings that bring significant value to customers and are mutually beneficial. Your duties and responsibilities will include monitoring industry and technological trends in the Healthcare Industry, especially in the Digital Health space and Medical Imaging. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer value propositions and validate them with beta customers and stakeholders in the healthcare community. Additionally, you should be comfortable exploring 3rd party solutions for building integrated offerings and identifying and building a partnership ecosystem with startups, OEM players, hospitals/providers, academia, etc., in emerging areas to enhance customer value. You will be expected to devise strategies to develop solutions, re-usable components, and evolve existing offerings to meet customer needs by leveraging external partnerships. Communication of program charters, milestones, building consensus on areas for improvement, defining Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and aligning internal goals with new and existing partner relationships will be part of your role. Furthermore, tracking, measuring, and reporting the business impact of alliances/partnerships on lead generation, deal conversion, deal sizes, and partner team performance to senior management is crucial. Key skills for this role include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field, exposure to Medical Imaging, 8+ years of Medical industry experience with at least 3 years in Business Development or Practice, a passion for technology, drive to enable company growth through external partnerships, collaboration skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, relationship-building skills, and cultural sensitivity in working with diverse teams.
