Job Description

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your list of top clients. Your role will involve understanding their business needs and selling our portfolio of services including IDC, Cloud, SDWAN, and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services to maximize account penetration and revenue market share. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs and deliver value. - Lead contract negotiations to ensure successful execution of agreements while focusing on long-term client satisfaction. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. - Provide regular updates and reports on account performance, sales activities, and pipeline management to senior management. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. BTech + MBA preferred. - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in enterprise sales, focusing on IDC, Cloud, SDWAN, and Cybersecurity services. - Proven success in managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with senior-level executives. - Ability to understand complex client requirements, develop customized solutions, and articulate value propositions effectively. - Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as needed.,
