The Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) role is focused on enabling customers to optimize their data utilization by providing top-tier architectural guidance and design. As a part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team comprises Solution Architects who specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, Data Services, and Fusion Data Intelligence. Our primary objective is to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of Oracle Analytics. We engage with customers and partners on a global scale, working towards building trust in Data Platform. Additionally, we collaborate closely with Product Management to improve product offerings and share our expertise through various channels such as blogs, webinars, and demonstrations.
