Strategic Account Manager

The ideal candidate will work full-time from their designated location and will be responsible for managing and enhancing the success of restaurant partners. This includes overseeing various aspects such as business growth, RHI metrics, expansion, marketing, and merchandising. Building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant owners, providing market-related advice, and offering solutions to improve partner profitability will be crucial. A key focus of this role will be to develop and implement Quarterly and Annual Joint Business Plans, with an emphasis on increasing share of wallet spends. The candidate will be tasked with managing sales administration functions, optimizing operational performance reporting, and advising senior management on enhancing business relationships. Monitoring the competitive landscape to position partners effectively within the ecosystem will also be essential. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for creating City and National Level Marketing Campaigns to elevate the visibility of both partners and the company. This will involve organizing promotional events, marketing activations, trade promotions, and in-app promotions in collaboration with internal teams. The desired skill set for this position includes a minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales and key account management. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong relationship management skills, effective communication abilities, and analytical proficiency are essential. The candidate should be capable of thriving in high-pressure situations, demonstrating a can-do attitude, and aligning partner priorities with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.,
